Fluent in Korean and English, she bridges cultural gaps to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
With over 8 years of experience in Korea and Canada, and a Stott Pilates certification, Jenny is a dedicated Pilates instructor and personal trainer. Her personal experience with childbirth and regaining fitness fuels her passion for helping others.
Jenny creates a welcoming and empowering space at ReJenerate Pilates Studio, offering holistic and tailored workouts. She believes everyone has the potential to transform their lives through fitness and is committed to guiding her clients on this journey.

Having spent years working in a service job that required long hours of standing, I started Pilates to alleviate my back pain. This journey has led me to where I am today.
In 2022, I earned my STOTT Pilates certification in Canada and have been continuouslylearning about my body ever since.
After completing a Body Posture Correction certification in Korea, I worked at a clinic in Canada, where I encountered a variety of body types and tailored Pilates programs to
suit each individual's needs. Additionally, I have been studying Joseph Pilates' original method, and I strive to honour the basics of Pilates while integrating contemporary and classical approaches in my teaching.
Every day presents a new challenge as I strive to control my body, and I remain committed to continuous movement and improvement. Now, I am excited to share my experiences and continue my journey with Rejen Pilates.

This is Hailey Lee, Assistant Director of ReJenerate Pilates. With a major in Physical Therapy from Korea and extensive experience as a physiotherapist, I've been teaching Pilates for the past five years. My background provides a deep understanding of anatomy and body mechanics, allowing me to guide members safely and effectively through their fitness journeys.
I am passionate about exercise and its transformative power on both the body and mind. I believe in making fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone. At ReJenerate Pilates, I strive to create a welcoming and engaging environment where members can improve their physical well-being while having fun.

I graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and Welfare.
Even after graduation, I continued to exert constant effort in self-development by enrolling in studies involving Kids’ Exercise Prescription, Elderly Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, and Personal Training. Recognizing the potential positive synergy between my major and Pilates, I expanded my skill set by obtaining a Pilates certification.
I have gained extensive knowledge and practical experience by working with a diverse range of patients in various fields such as rehabilitation hospitals, obstetrics and gynecology clinics, and pediatric specialized clinics. As a result, I have developed a broad understanding of each patient’s challenges and possess skills that equip me to better comprehend and treat them.

Pilates not only alleviated my discomfort but also sparked a profound passion within me. Trained in STOTT Pilates, I am now on a mission to share its transformative benefits with others.
With meticulous attention to form, technique, and individualized guidance, I empower my clients to unlock their full potential in strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. My classes are thoughtfully designed to cater to individuals at all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, fostering an environment of positivity and support where everyone feels encouraged to thrive.
What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly teach Pilates in both English and Korean, allowing me to connect deeply with a diverse range of clients and understand their fitness goals on a profound level. Beyond my passion for Pilates, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of British Columbia. I currently serve as a laboratory manager at BC Children’s and Women’s Hospital, where my dedication to health and wellness extends beyond the studio.
In my free time, I indulge my love for sports, particularly golf and badminton, further enriching my holistic approach to well-being. With my commitment to health and my contagious enthusiasm for Pilates, I am an advocate for positive transformation in the lives of those I touch.

I have always loved exercise since childhood. While I have a particular interest in strength training, I believe that maintaining body balance is crucial. After much consideration, I began practicing Pilates and discovered that it helped me achieve balance.
Pilates not only restored my body’s balance but also brought positive changes to my life, enabling me to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Inspired by these positive experiences, I decided to become an instructor. I built my expertise through systematic education and continuous learning, eventually earning a STOTT Pilates certification.
